first make sure your phone and PC both are connected to the Internet 


1- open up your phone app on your PC

2-select get started to begin the setup process 

3- you need to sign in with your Microsoft account and click continue

4-then select link phone

5-type your phone number and click send 

-now Microsoft will send you a text message with a download link

using this link you need to install your phone companion app from Google Play Store

6-after install the app you need to sign in with the same Microsoft account

7-except all the prompted permissions

8-now on your PC you will be asked to send a notification to your Android phone click send notification button

9- your phone will receive anotification on your Android phone tap allow 

10-you're done you are now connected to your PC
